Every pot is finished by hand after you order, so allow 2-4 weeks for production. Delivery then takes 2-6 weeks depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships, so you can follow it the whole way. We know that's longer than a warehouse shipment - it's the trade-off for something made one at a time rather than pulled off a shelf.

Because each pot is made to order and hand-finished, we don't accept returns on change of mind. If yours turns up damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
