Our Story

It started with one clumsy orange tabby and a windowsill that kept losing plants.

After the hundredth time the fern hit the floor, the thought landed: the cat clearly considered the plants his. So why not give him one of his own?

The first pot was a one-off. Then a friend wanted one that looked like her black cat. Then her sister wanted a calico. Somewhere around the fifth one it stopped being a favour and started being a workshop.

How they're made

Every pot is cast and then finished by hand, one at a time. The whiskers, the stripes, the little collar bell, the expression - all of it is sculpted into the piece, not printed onto it. That's why no two come out identical, and why yours will have small marks that no other pot has.

It also means a wait. Two to four weeks to make it, another two to six to reach you. We're not going to pretend that's fast. It's the honest cost of something made rather than stocked.

Who we make them for

Cat people. The ones who have a favourite photo of their cat sitting somewhere ridiculous. The ones buying a gift for a sibling who won't stop talking about their tabby. The ones who want the thing on their porch to have a face.

Thanks for letting one of ours into your home.
